Apartment K4 is situated on the first floor of the house and it has separate entrance. Size of this apartment is 20 m². It is studio type apartment which can accommodate up to 3 persons. Consists of double bed in sleeping area, kitchnette with dinning area (+ one spare bed), bathroom with shower (size 2 m²) and small  balcony with sitting garniture (size of 5 m²).
