House consists of two apartments: one with one double and one twin bedroom, other with two double rooms. There is a laundry machine that both apartments can use.
Apartment nr. 1 is situated on the ground floor of the house with separate entrance. It's area is about 70 m2. Apartment consists of the following rooms:

bedroom with 2 single beds
bathroom with tub
bathroom with shower
kitchen/dining room with living area with possibility to separate space for additional double bed
place on terrace in the garden (with sitting garniture and a sea view)

PRICES GENERAL INFORMATION
Price is in EUR. Basic price is for apartment for 4 persons. Includeed apartment rental, water, energy, and final cleaning. Price includes sojourn tax.
Air condition is optiona and it is charged additional 5 EUR per day if used.
Special conditions: For period 3 days or less price is 30% higher.
