Apartment K1 is situated on the first floor of the house and it has separate entrance. Size of apartment is 18 m2. It is studio type apartment which consists of one large living space with double bed in sleeping area and kitchenette. It also has bathroom with shower (size 2 m2) and balcony with sitting garniture (size 8 m2).
